Libby knows “people” very well. She does an incredible job asking the right questions and applying pressure to the right points to get you thinking about what’s important for your current situation. After a conversation with Libby I found myself spending a few hours completing personal/professional assessments, actually writing out what my experiences have told me, and what I really get validation out of doing professionally.
