Libby Graves is the Founder and Principal Coach of Core Citizen Coaching. As a Master Certified Coach to senior executives and emerging leaders globally, I love working with clients from around the world in diverse, multi-cultural environments, having lived and worked in global settings myself. I’m inspired by leaders with integrity, who want to be their best authentic self, to bring compassion and excellence to the workplace.
I bring 25+ years of experience honing leadership skills at Fortune 100 companies. As a senior executive, successfully managing large complex projects from strategy to execution, I recognize firsthand the constantly changing demands of the workplace. Now, I support leaders to build confidence, manage conflict through courageous conversations, delegate effectively, and create team engagement. In essence, scaling their capacity for decision making, developing high-performing teams, and creating lasting impact.
Central to my approach is to relate as a trusted confidant, to create a partnership that supports a safe space for introspection, where growth, learning, and transformation are possible. My clients move forward through a process of reflective inquiry, actionable strategies using practical tools, and our mutual commitment to their success. I’m influenced by my own experience with self-reflection as a path to heightened awareness. Neuroscience, adult development theory, and presence practices also inform my coaching.

That we humans are wired for connection. That curiosity is critical. That not having all the answers opens up possibilities. That awareness is the first step to having choice. All of these contribute to adult learning, to growth as a human being with the potential ripple effect on our families, teams, communities, organizations, and the world.
